RMKC is a non-profit club that serves Rochester, Minnesota and the surrounding Southeastern Minnesota communities.
RMKC is licensed/sanctioned to hold annual American Kennel Club (AKC) all-breed events:

September Conformation Dog Shows - At dog shows, judges evaluate a dog's temperament and conformation, or how closely its physical structure conforms to their particular breed's "standard."

September Obedience Trials - In obedience trials, the dog and handler must perform a prescribed set of exercises which the judge scores.

September Rally Trials - In rally trials, the dog and handler complete a course of stations each having a sign providing instructions on the skill to be performed.

September Agility Trials - In agility trials, the dog and handler demonstrate that they can work together through a variety of situations and obstacles.

AKC Sanctioned Matches - The sanctioned match simulates a real dog show and is open for AKC registered dogs.

Canine Carnivals - The Canine Carnival allows people and their dogs an opportunity to explore various fun activities with their dogs.

Canine Good Citizen (CGC) - The Canine Good Citizen test is open to ALL dogs and tests a dog/ handler team's ability to perform simple obedience tasks.

Specialty Training Courses - Examples include tracking, agility, handling, and obedience seminars.
